…Je suis plombé d’une immense tristesse depuis trois jours,sa disparition est une perte dont nous n’estimons encore que très peu le manque.J’ai eu la chance de vivre à ses cotés,chez elle a New-York ,un automne entier au milieu des années quatre vingt dix…Elle était d’une humanité et d’une compassion rare,d’une exigence et d’une lucidité acerbe … elle crachait sur le terme mercantile de « carrière »,était réellement sans compromission.
J’espère que sa vie servira d’exemple au plus grand nombre ; rendons lui hommage au quotidien ,en restant en alerte,en évitant la joliesse et la médiocrité,le mensonge,et en écoutant ce dont elle témoigne a travers son oeuvre,sa vie…
